1. Who can use Affiliate Saathi
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. Access is invitation-only — an existing user (your "upstream") must invite you. Creating an account confirms you've read and agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your phone number, password and OTPs safe. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@affiliatesaathi.com.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't misrepresent yourself or impersonate others.
- Don't attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
- Don't scrape, automate or stress-test the service without permission.
- Don't use the platform for anything unlawful.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.
4. Payouts and earnings
Affiliate Saathi is a tracking and management tool. Actual payouts are released by your upstream on their cadence and terms. We display those payouts in your dashboard, but the underlying obligation sits between you and your upstream.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee zero downtime. We may need to bring the service down briefly for maintenance. When we plan it, we'll tell you in advance.
6. Intellectual property
The Affiliate Saathi platform, brand, and code are owned by us. If you customise your sub-vendor brand (logo, colours, name), that content remains yours — we just display it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affiliate Saathi is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, lost revenue you expected but didn't earn. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees you paid us (if any) during that period.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we'll tell you in the dashboard before the change takes effect. Continued use after that point means you've accepted the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
