What is Affiliate Saathi?
Affiliate Saathi is a friendly earnings dashboard for affiliates and sub-vendors. You can see every payout you've received, manage the commission accounts assigned to you, share branded referral links, and — if you run a team — invite, approve and pay your affiliates from one place.
Who can sign up?
Sign-up is invitation-only. Your upstream (the person or company who recruited you) shares a link, and you create your account from there. This keeps the network high quality and protects everyone in it.
How do payouts work?
Your upstream releases payouts on their own cadence. The moment they do, the entry appears in your dashboard under "Salary Received" — dated, itemized, and ready to export. No follow-ups, no spreadsheets.
Can I run my own brand?
Yes. Sub-vendors can set their own logo, display name, primary colour and tagline. Affiliates you invite see your brand from sign-up to dashboard, not ours.
Is my data secure?
We use phone-OTP authentication, encrypted sessions, and refresh tokens. Passwords are hashed, not stored. Your account is locked down by default.
Is it free?
Yes — Affiliate Saathi is completely free for affiliates and sub-vendors. You earn from every approved lead; you never pay to use the app.
Why do you ask for KYC?
Payouts go to real bank accounts, so we verify who you are once — a quick document check when you join. It protects your earnings, keeps fraud out of the network, and makes withdrawals smooth.
Is there a minimum withdrawal?
Withdrawals are OTP-protected and go straight to your bank or UPI. The current minimum withdrawal amount is shown in your wallet inside the app before you confirm.
I got an invite link — what happens when I join?
You verify your phone with an OTP, fill in your basics, and your account is ready. Depending on how you joined, your team leader may approve you first. Then you can share account links and start earning on approved leads.
How do I know how much I will earn on an account?
Every account card in the app shows YOUR payout — the exact amount you earn per approved lead, plus any milestone bonuses and the total you can earn. No guessing, no asking around.
When does commission reach my bank?
Commission is credited to your in-app earnings the moment a lead is approved. You then request a payout, and your team leader transfers it to your saved bank account or UPI. KYC must be verified first.
What if a customer I referred was already referred by someone else?
The first link a customer uses wins. If their number is already registered for that account, a later submission is refused and the lead stays with the first referrer — that protects your leads too.
